Driving Bookings Through Emotionally Intelligent, Elegant Design
Glowfiti – Nail
Salon Landing Page
PROBLEM
The salon had no digital presence, making it difficult for potential clients to understand the services, view quality, or book appointments. With competitors already offering easy online booking and visual galleries, the business needed a landing page that immediately built trust, showcased expertise, and encouraged women to book a slot.
My approach centered on aligning both sides: give users clarity, beauty, and confidence — and give the business conversion.
PROCESS & STRATEGY
Understanding the Business and the User
The salon’s goal was simple: increase bookings and introduce the brand online. Users, on the other hand, needed to quickly confirm:
What services are offered
Whether the quality feels premium
If pricing and booking are simple
Whether the brand feels trustworthy and feminine
My approach centered on aligning both sides: give users clarity, beauty, and confidence — and give the business conversion.
UX ARCHITECTURE
& CONTENT FLOW
To keep cognitive load low and storytelling intuitive, I structured the page as:
Hero → Services → Accessories → Testimonials → Footer
This mirrors Jakob’s Law: users expect familiar flows, so they feel comfortable even on a new brand page.
Information Hierarchy
Hero
Quick emotional hook + instant clarity on what the business does.
Services
Card-based layout reduces complexity (Hick’s Law) and lets users scan easily.
Accessories
Light visual showcase to increase perceived value and cross-selling potential.
Testimonials
Positioned before the final CTA to boost trust at the decision moment.
Sticky CTA
Keeps booking one tap away (Fitts’ Law).
PSYCHOLOGY BEHIND KEY DESIGN CHOICES
Color Psychology

(luxury association)
Feminine appeal
aligned with the target audience
A spa-like calming tone

This created the “premium beauty” perception the client wanted.
Minimal Text, High Clarity
Keeping copy brief reduces friction and helps users make decisions faster.
Middle-class working women want quick clarity, not long stories.
This created the “premium beauty” perception the client wanted.
